  • invoicing data: if you have provided us with invoicing data (CNP, CUI, registration number at the Commercial Register, company headquarters address, bank account, bank name, name of legal representative, position of legal representative, bank card details), we use this data to prepare invoices;
  • the image of the person concerned: captured by the video monitoring cameras;
  • any other data you choose to provide us, in relation to the services we offer (such as: allergies, food preferences, etc.);
  • e-mail address: if you have provided us with your e-mail address, we will use it to send you informational e-mails, to be able to respond to your requests and to provide you with the service requested.
  • phone number: If you have provided us with your phone number, we use this data to be able to contact you quickly, to be able to respond to requests and to provide you with the requested service.
  • browser/IP/device data: If you have agreed to collect your browser, IP, device details, we use this data to determine how you use


The information we collect is necessary to provide you with accommodation services or to respond to your requests, and if you refuse to provide it to us, you may not be able to take full advantage of our services. 


3. How do we collect personal data?

We collect information about you in three ways:

a) Directly – when you contact us, when filling out feedback questionnaires, when you fill in the accommodation form.

b) Indirectly – for example when the data on the booking platform is provided in order to make reservations and/or generate the accommodation card, to which we will have access;

d) From third parties – we may also obtain information about you from third parties, such as when another person makes a booking on your behalf, in the case of group bookings or when a voucher is issued/transferred; 


4. For what purpose do we use your personal data?

When you interact with us, we will collect personal data and use it for the following purposes:

  • processing reservations/reservations;
  • preparation of the accommodation form;
  • processing payments you have made;
  • providing customer service;
  • issuance and use of vouchers;
  • fulfilling legal obligations or complying with the provisions of public authorities.


5. Duration of personal data processing

Your data will be stored exclusively for the period necessary for the provision of services, the resolution of your requests or the resolution of any disputes.

Also, certain data will be stored for the period provided by law, for example:

  • the data contained in the accounting documents will be archived, according to the law, for a period of 10 years;
  • the data provided by the accommodation card will be archived and stored for a period of 5 years;
  • the images captured by the surveillance cameras will be stored for a maximum of 30 days;


At the end of the storage period, the data will be destroyed or anonymized, depending on their storage format.


6. Who do we transfer your data to?

We guarantee that your data will not be transferred, sold or rented to natural or legal persons without your consent.

We have not sold, do not sell and will never sell your data to third parties. We provide services that are based on the trust of customers and potential customers, and the safety of personal data is essential in this process. The only entities that have access to the data of the users of this site are the agencies or suppliers with whom we collaborate on the basis of contracts containing confidentiality clauses, without which we could not carry out our activity and, in exceptional cases and only on the basis of official requests, the public institutions that apply the law in Romania.

The only data about the users of this site, to which third parties have access, is aggregated and anonymized – on the basis of which the users cannot be identified.
